On-screen signature and an automatic PDF with your logo
When the inspection is finished, SparxDeck automatically generates a PDF report from everything the technician recorded in the field. The customer signs it right on the phone screen. The report carries your company's logo and details and lists the inspected devices, results and any defects found.
The report is emailed to the customer instantly, stored in the system, and available to the building manager in their portal at any time. Report templates follow local regulations. You can always look up what was inspected for which customer and when, for example during an authority audit or an insurance claim.
